Field Trip To The Moon Releases “Girls Wait”

Angela Christofilou is a singer songwriter, actress, voice over artist and photographer (her street + protest work has also been featured in The Independent) She’s the driving force
behind London based band Field Trip To The Moon.

FTTTM’s first album ‘Something Owed’ was made in collaboration with guitarist Dan Cross
(The Perfect Disaster) and self released in late 2016. The single ‘You’ featured in BBC6
Music’s Best New Music of the Year Playlist and the music video for the song was directed
by Steve Barron.

After a short hiatus Angela returned to the project and put a band together to play live. In summer 2019, FTTTM will be releasing a series of singles that have been recorded live onto a mixture of tape and digital, perfectly capturing the raw energy of the new material.

‘Girls Wait’ is the first track to be released from that session. An experimental rock piece with
a dark blues hue. The song explores themes of heartbreak, abandonment, infidelity, and
finding the courage to break free. Listen to is above now, and if you enjoy the track, reach out to her on Instagram and show her some love.
