Music Submission Terms & Conditions
Free One-Week Submission Program

These Music Submission Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply only to music submissions made through RadioPlayToday’s free submission form offering one (1) week of airplay (the “Free Submission Program”).
Other submission options, paid promotions, or placement programs offered by RadioPlayToday are governed by separate terms and conditions and are not covered by these Terms.
By submitting music through the Free Submission Program, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By submitting music, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old, or
A parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and accepts full responsibility for your submission
RadioPlayToday reserves the right to request proof of parental or legal guardian consent and may reject or remove any submission if such consent cannot be confirmed.
2. Review, Approval & Program Participation
All submissions are reviewed by RadioPlayToday.
Submission does not guarantee approval or airplay.
Submissions may be approved or denied at RadioPlayToday’s sole discretion.
Approved Submissions
If approved, your music will receive one (1) week of airplay, played daily during RadioPlayToday programming.
Scheduling, frequency, and placement are determined solely by RadioPlayToday.
Denied Submissions
If denied:
Your music will not receive airplay
You may receive emails containing:
Feedback
Educational tips
Suggestions to improve future submissions
Denied submissions create no obligation for RadioPlayToday to feature the music.
3. Free Submission Program
Submission through this form is 100% free.
Participation is voluntary and promotional in nature.
Approval is not guaranteed.
4. Ownership & Rights Representation
You retain 100% ownership of your music at all times.
By submitting music, you represent and warrant that:
You own or control all necessary rights to the music
All contributors have granted permission
The submission does not infringe any third-party rights
RadioPlayToday does not independently verify ownership.
5. License Granted to RadioPlayToday (Approved Submissions Only)
If your submission is approved, you grant RadioPlayToday a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Stream and play your music on RadioPlayToday.com
Broadcast your music during RadioPlayToday programming
Use your artist name, song title, artwork, and short excerpts of your music for:
Website features
Station promotion
Social media
Marketing related to the Free Submission Program
License Term
This license lasts only for the duration of your scheduled airplay (one week) unless you request earlier removal.
This license does not:
Transfer ownership
Permit resale or redistribution
Limit your ability to submit music elsewhere
6. Takedown Requests
You may request removal of your music at any time.
Requests should be sent to: radioplaytoday@gmail.com
We will make reasonable efforts to remove the music promptly.
7. No Royalties or Compensation
RadioPlayToday does not pay royalties or compensation for submissions or airplay.
Participation is promotional and voluntary.
8. Advertising & Monetization
RadioPlayToday may display advertisements on the Site or during programming.
We may monetize the platform now or in the future where legally permitted.
Monetization does not grant RadioPlayToday any additional rights beyond those stated in these Terms.
9. Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that:
You do not have rights to
Violates laws or third-party rights
Is hateful, threatening, or illegal
Is misleading or fraudulent
RadioPlayToday may reject or remove any submission at its discretion.
10. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints may be submitted to:

11. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from RadioPlayToday, including submission updates, approval or denial notices, and important account-related communications.
You may also receive marketing or promotional messages only if you separately opt in.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Phone numbers and SMS consent are shared only with our SMS service providers for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RadioPlayToday is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We make no guarantees regarding exposure, listener counts, or results
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RadioPlayToday from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your submission
Any rights disputes
Any breach of these Terms
14. Termination
RadioPlayToday may reject, remove, or terminate submissions at any time and for any reason.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Free Submission Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Free Submission Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
